Mirasol is a private country-club community of gated neighborhoods offering a range of home sizes, views and architectural styles. Each home carries a membership category, which makes the category part of what you are buying.

What each membership category covers

• Golf: golf, racquet sports, aquatics, fitness, spa, salon, dining, social facilities and golf reservation privileges.
• Sports: racquet sports, aquatics, fitness, spa, salon, dining and social facilities, with limited seasonal golf access and broader off-season access subject to fees and club rules.
• Social: dining, aquatics and social facilities.

Golf membership goes to buyers of Golf-category homes, and Social membership is limited to Social-category homes. Upgrade and availability rules must be confirmed with the club.

What to weigh before you buy

Membership category, the equity or contribution due at purchase, annual dues and assessments, HOA fees, views, roof and mechanical systems, hurricane protection, renovation level and insurability.
